"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming 'WOW What a Ride!'" --Unknown
This quote comes from the Web site of a recent guest on my weekly radio show. Gail Worth owns one of the most successful Harley Davidson dealerships in the country. On the show, she told a story of the time she went to the bank to ask for several million dollars to start the dealership, though she had little money in the bank. Most people would have visualized the loan officer saying, "You want HOW MUCH? Are you crazy?" But not this woman. She said on my show that it never occurred to her that she wouldn't get the cash. Now you can call her naive or crazy, but the confidence that came with her vision of wanting to create the most successful Harley dealership in the country affected everybody around her, including the loan officer. So this week, visualize something you want and then visualize getting it. That positive vision will create confidence, and your confidence will fuel your success. And in the end you will be saying, Wow, What a Ride! To learn more about Gail's business success, go to www.feelthepower.com Brian Sullivan is the author of Precise Selling.
